SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipments will be made through the different transport companies that operate in Colombia for this type of shipments such as: Interrapidísimo, Envía or Servientrega. The company that makes the shipment will be the one that has the best coverage in the area where you are located and offers a shorter delivery time.
Once you make the purchase, you will receive an email or text message with the details of your purchase and an agent from our team will contact you via WhatsApp to give you the shipping details and answer any additional questions.
Time it will take for the customer to receive the purchase: The delivery time in which you will receive your order may vary depending on where you are located (a) between 3 to 7 business days.
The cost of shipping is covered by the store (Decoraciones Alco) and no additional charges will be made. If there is a problem with the shipment or you are not at home at the time to receive the order, we will contact the customer to resolve the problem.
The companies with which we have an agreement have 3 delivery attempts, if the first delivery attempt is not effective, the transport company will contact you to schedule a new delivery attempt, in case they cannot contact us, they will report to us so that we can contact you and a new delivery attempt can be made. In the event that the three delivery attempts are completed and the order cannot be delivered because it was not at the indicated delivery address and we cannot contact the transport company, the shipment will be returned to the Decoraciones Alco Company.
